Minimum age in the Guest House is 14 yrs old and minor must be accompanied by an adult renting the room, unless entire House is rented by a group.

Minimum age to rent:  must be 18 years old & up.

Group discounts: All rooms - Multiple Room GROUP DISCOUNTS available for two or more rooms.

on renting the whole house for a vacation rental:

Private rooms: One Queen bed with TV/DVD at $45 for one person, $55 for two. Two or more night stays, save $5 a night off the base rate*. 

Small family room: One Queen bed below with one twin above at
$65, three person max. Two or more nights, save $5 a night off rate.*

Large group room: Available for group rental. Sleeps up to six (2 twin bunk beds, one futon). $69 mid week, $79 weekends. Two or more nights, save $5 a night off rate.*

WINTER RATE Private Bedroom SPECIALS: 

   Visit us in winter for only $45 for a couple / $40 for a single.
  Come for Two nights & save another $5 ($40 couple / $35 for a single).
  Want Three nights? It is only $100 total for a 3 night stay (plus tax)!
  That is a PRIVATE BEDROOM close to 7 miles of wonderful beach for
  only $33.33 a night ($36 with tax).
