Other things to keep in mind:

1) Rates do not include the 7%
  local and 1% state lodging tax.

2) Standard reservation requirement
  is a 2 night minimum, 3 on Holiday
  weekends. We do have some single
  night reservations available, but
  room preference must be flexible.

3) During the off season, monthly rates
  are available. Please call for a quote.

4) Multiple night rate discounts (2 nights and up) are provided for guests that do not require daily
  maid service. If you would like daily maid service, it needs to be scheduled at the time of the
  reservation, and the single night, weekend rate would apply to each night's stay.

5) Pets are welcome at the motel. The pet fee is $10 (total/not per day or per pet). Please keep
  your pet off the bedding and furniture, clean up after your pet and do not leave your pet
  unattended in the room or on the grounds. .
