Motel Rates

Winter weather is almost over. We will have the spring rates up soon - please call for quotes until then. But right now we still have winter rates in effect...to give you an example, a room for one couple, two nights, mid week in Sea Sprite, Unit #3 is only $49 a night, plus tax ($59 for one night mid week, $69 one night week ends). If you stay a week, get a deeper discount - only $220, plus tax, approx. just under $34 a night inclusive. Great rates on our other rooms, too!

Can you believe it? Did you see those rooms! It's a steal, it's a deal, so come on down!

Keep in mind that:

1) Our standard reservation requirement is a TWO Night Minimum. However, in the fall and winter we are more flexible with Sunday through Thursday nights!

2) The best prices are MID-WEEK!

3) Stay longer, pay less! All rates are based on the number of nights that you stay......we pass on the savings of not cleaning your unit until you check out.

4) Weekly and monthly rates are now available until mid-June (when Summer Rates start). Great time to spend a week at the beach! For example - Sea Sprite is only $220 a week (that's under$32 night before tax, $34 a night with tax).

5) Rates do not include 7% local and 1% state lodging tax.

6) The pet fee is only $7 and will be donated to the new Tillamook County Animal Shelter. For a short time only - as a late winter special - we've been letting the little four footed family members stay free! You can still pay the pet fee if you choose...the shelter will appreciate it!
