Sleeps 2-4 with a queen size bed in a bedroom and a full size futon in the living room.

There is a complete kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster along with a large assortment of cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. The kitchen has a large tiled worktop. It also serves as the breakfast bar and is supplied with four stools.

The Living Room TV is a 26" flat screen with DVD/CD. Wall-mounted, it swings to provide a good view anywhere in the room. The bedroom has a 13" TV/DVD unit.

  The bathroom has a 60" tub/shower combo and a 24" marble topped vanity.

  Outside the door there is built in "L" shaped deck seating, perfect for
  gathering with friends after a good meal.
